Established in 1998 as a hedge fund consulting firm (and therefore the longest-established hedge fund consultant in Asia), GFIA has added asset allocation, cash and asset administration, and the management of philanthropic activities, to its core skill of evaluating complex investment propositions. GFIA retains a strong focus on Asia and the world’s emerging markets.

GFIA’s work and opinions are fully objective – historically all of GFIA’s revenues have come from investors and allocators; it does not act for managers, and receives no fees or rebates from any external service providers. It extends this reputation for fiduciary clarity to wealth management clients, who can expect their interests to dominate GFIA’s decision making. 

GFIA is majority-owned by its principals and clients, and has no corporate or banking affiliations. GFIA is a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association, as well as a Singapore-incorporated exempt fund manager & investment advisor.
